The Copetown Community Centre provides groups in Hamilton and surrounding areas with facility rentals for social and business events. Our Community Centre’s convenient location and available parking will please your guests. Our roomy main hall can accommodate 250 guests for banquet seating or up to 400 guests for meetings which require a seminar style of seating. Our smaller back room is suitable for gatherings of up to 90 people.

KITCHEN / CATERING / BAR
In addition to our large main hall and smaller back room, the Copetown Community Centre is completely equipped to host social gatherings. Two large double-door fridges, as well as a built-in ice machine are readily available and easily accessible.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our building is completely accessible. Automatic door openers are installed at both the main entrances and the back door. The building itself is a single level structure, providing access for all guests, without the need for ramps or elevators. Washrooms are wheelchair accessible as well.
Change tables are provided in both washrooms, ensuring that the facility is also family friendly.
MULTI-MEDIA CAPABILITIES
Our facility makes use of an electronic sign, installed at the road entrance to the facility, to mark the driveway to the Hall. A scrolling message provides the public with updates for community events hosted at the facility. Special greetings can also be shared. Please contact the Hall Manager for further details.
Both the Main Hall and the Back Room are equipped with a detractable screen and a ceiling mounted projector for multi-media presentations. An upgraded and adjustable sound system with individual room speakers provides for audio needs. The Community Centre is also Wi-Fi enabled.
